I John Rimell of Manningford Bruce in the County of Wilts, Husbandman being sick in body but in perfect memory and mind standing the day and year above written do make last Will and Testament. First I commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping and looking for eternal life through his mercy and the merits of Christ my Saviour and my body commit to the grave in hope of a Blessed Resurrection at the last day.

Then for that portion of worldly goods it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I dispose thereof in manner following. First my will is my debts shall be duly and fully discharged that every man or woman to whom for any thing may have their own.

Secondly I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Cicilia all my household stuff excepting that Chest and Coffer that I brought from Charlton. Item, I give to my said wife twenty pounds lawful money of England.

Item, I give to my nephew William Rimell the eldest issue of my brother Richard Rimell of Charlton my forenamed Chest and Coffer. Item, I give to my said nephew William Rimell twenty pounds lawful money of England. Item, I give to my …… William Strange twenty shillings lawful money of England. ………and my funerals discharged.

The rest of my estate if any be remaining I give to my wife Cicilia whom I make the only Executrix of this my last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have set my hand and seal.

Parts of this will were difficult to read. I am not sure that "Cicilia" is correct but it is my current "best guess." What do you think?
